Cervus Industria Pennelli Becomes an S.r.l.

We are pleased to inform all our customers, partners, and collaborators that as of 1 December, Cervus Industria Pennelli s.a.s. has officially changed its legal status to a Limited Liability Company, adopting the new name Cervus Industria Pennelli S.r.l.

We would like to reassure all of our customers that no operational or commercial aspects will be affected.
The following remain unchanged:

• registered and operational headquarters;

• telephone numbers and e-mail addresses;

• VAT number / Tax ID (if unchanged).

This change in legal form does not affect any existing contracts or ongoing collaborations, which will continue as usual.
